I'm finally finished with this app in end of April 2022 looking for something better after 4 yrs and downgrading rating from 3 to 2 stars. Here's what I have found over 4 years- PLAY: Poor player base- expect to play hypocrites that love telling people to move faster when they can't do this themselves. APP: how long has "emoji" button in the corner been "under construction"? 4 years at least. I can't attribute connection problems to the app. On the positive I think the dice are random.
It's a satisfying application to play backgammon online. However, I have a problem with this app! It sometimes gives an error message 'weak signal' and send me off in the middle of a match, although there's no signal problem. It must be repaired.
Could be better. Computer rolls are predictable.
I really enjoy playing this game. I'm from USA and most of the men who are overseas are rude. To be specific they always talk about sex. That's not what this game is for. May I suggest there be comments you can select and not free form typing. Thanks for listening. So years later won my 1000 game was supposed to earn 100,000 coin. That did not happen and perk disappeared from my game. Obviously no one reading this, I still mute opponents! Do not know how to contact within the app.
A lot of bugs with the app, in multiple occasions it ends the match abruptly out of nowhere making you lose, on top of that it moves your pieces disregarding the options you have to do it and that has made me lose some matches and lastly the software that determines the dice throw is to laugh at, my oponent has had in multiple occasions up to 5 straight doubles, im guessing the software is rigged to make you lose so you keep buying coins beware PS: Customer service is the worst they never reply
